Every audit is one engagement with two parts. First, you upload evidence — photos of the work, permits, plans, punch lists, and any concerns you have. A licensed pro claims the audit and reviews everything you uploaded on their own time (usually within a day or two). Then you both get on a 15-minute live video call where they walk you through what they found, and you can show anything else live on camera. Afterwards you receive a Defect Report PDF with their findings and code citations. Uploading evidence up front is strongly encouraged — pros work much better when they can examine photos and permits carefully before the call — but you can skip the uploads if you just want to walk through everything live.

For civil court matters, reports are strongest when combined with the pro's live testimony — ask us if your case needs that.
